Purpose

We are currently recruiting for a Tax Manager. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. The Tax Manager is a full-time hybrid position that can be based in surrounding areas near any of our Worley office locations in Canada such as: Markham, Oakville, Sarnia, Sudbury, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. As the Tax Manager for Canada, you will prepare and review Canadian federal and provincial corporate tax returns and collaborate with the finance group and other tax members of the global tax team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of Canadian federal and provincial corporate tax returns, including cross-border and foreign compliance filings
• Preparation and review current and future income tax provisions (half year and full year)
• Assist with international tax matters such as withholding taxes, information reporting returns/issues and transfer pricing
• Prepare all relevant tax payments and ensure payments are made on a timely basis
• Manage indirect tax
• Assist in restructuring tax planning and compliance
• Collaborate with the finance group and other tax members of the global tax team
• Assist with ad hoc tax research projects
• Assist with ad hoc tax audits
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Completion of the In-Depth Tax program is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle is an asset.
• Highly effective organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
  
  

Required

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
