About the role

Salary range is $65-75,000

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Quality Analyst to join our growing and talented Operations team based in Victoria - BC. This position will report to the Quality Systems, Certifications & Compliance Manager and will be responsible for the administration and management of Zetron’s Quality Management System, ensuring continuous improvement of internal systems and processes, customer satisfaction and product quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all products and internal processes are compliant with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Communicate, develop training, train and help in executing QMS requirements
• Interface with cross functional departments to aid in implementing process improvements to minimize continuing quality issues
• Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Support investigation and resolution of all related internal or external non-conforming products and processes
• Track, monitor, and report from the formal Corrective Action System
• Host internal and external quality audits to ensure ISO 9001 and Zetron’s Quality Management System compliance within existing and new Zetron facilities
• Make recommendations to improve Document Control
• Assist with expanding the scope of our ISO certifications to new offices
• Assist with follow up Key Performance Indicators and preparing Management Reviews

About you

To be successful in your application for this engaging and developing opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience in administration and development of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and possess high level organisational, communication and interpersonal skills that will facilitate positive business outcomes for all internal and external stakeholders.

This high-level experience will be supported by aligned qualifications and ideally ISO auditing and/or Continuous Improvement certification. Additionally, you will have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, data management and statistical data analysis

Within our business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role it will be predominantly based at our Victoria-BC facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.
