As Identified Below

The Contractor must:

  • Review background documents and data, as provided by PPS.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., Project Charter, Risk Assessments, risk

registers, requirements, meeting agendas, action items, schedules, budgets, change

registers, close-out reports) using PPS Project Management Framework templates.

  • Collaborate with PPS subject matter experts and managers to see projects to their

completion.

Review existing project-related documents, Project Management Framework, and

associated templates.

  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts to elicit and define project scope and requirements.
  • Complete pertinent project documentation (e.g., Charter, schedule, budget, risk

management plan)

  • Manage projects and lead project teams.
  • Present project updates to Steering Committee at least monthly, regularly keep Project

Sponsor informed of progress.

  • Meet daily or weekly with project team, as appropriate.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including establishing baseline and

tracking changes.

  • Provide monthly project status reports and project closure reports. Skill set info Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience.

Proficiency in project management methodologies, including familiarity with frameworks such as PMBOK or Agile. Experience with project charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and change management is crucial.

Ability to develop and maintain various project documentation using established templates. This includes proficiency in creating project charters, risk registers, schedules, budgets, and closure reports.

Education Certifications (if required) PMP or equivalent Documentation Required for submission Work Hours PPS anticipates that over 50% of the Work will be performed on-site at PPS' premises. The

remaining work could be performed off-site, at the Contractor's facility. The Contractor's

resource will be required to attend meetings on a regular and ongoing basis. Work authorization required US Citizen Only Relocation is accepted Yes Remote work No Additional Notes if any It is Canadian opportunity preferable want Canadian personnel with good government experience.
