Position Details:

Position: Financial Client Service Associate / Call Center Associate

Type (Contract, C2H, Perm): Contract (12 months)

Location: Halifax - Onsite

Shift/Core Hours: Monday - Friday (8 hour shift between 8am - 8pm EST hours)

Interview Process: 1 Round

Compensation: $20-$24/Hour

Day to day:

• Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues.
• Providing Information: Supplying customers with information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Must-haves/key skills needed:

• 1-3 years call center experience (non- IT, preferably collections / payment)
• 1-3 years of a client service background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Financial service knowledge and banking experience is a must
