Digital Advertising Specialist (PPC Campaigns)

As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Digital Advertising Specialist will manage and optimize our paid advertising channels, including search, display, lead generation, and demand gen. You'll be responsible for analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, and reporting results. This role involves setting up and managing a variety of ad types and bidding methods to drive traffic and leads.

You'll collaborate closely with our dealerships and marketing team, ensuring our campaigns are aligned with sales goals. Success in this role requires a motivated, self-directed, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Hard work and results are always recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing media buying strategies in collaboration with the Senior Manager of PPC Strategy to set clear goals
  • Optimize and manage multiple accounts, including keywords, ad copy, analytics, and budget adjustments
  • Set up and launch new ad campaigns across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to enhance campaign assets
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and visibility to the target audience
  • Achieve and maintain certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook
  • Stay updated on industry research, distribution, and audience figures

Your Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads
  • Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and funnel strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and able to work independently while leveraging team support
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to write relevant ad copy
  • Effective communicator, comfortable discussing data and results
  • Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with tracking ad spend pacing and performance reports
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
