The salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually.


About the Role

As a Store Manager at our Vancouver Broadway flagship store, you’ll take ownership of store performance while fostering a positive work environment. This full-time exempt position reports to the Regional Manager, and plays a crucial role in embodying our mission and values.


What You Will Do

  • Lead & Develop: Mentor and cultivate your team, providing ongoing training to unlock their potential. Provide effective performance feedback and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Drive Results: Own your store’s performance by managing sales, expenses, and achieving financial goals. Analyze store performance to continuously improve.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure our brand standards shine in every interaction, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Community Engagement: Connect with local organizations and participate in events that align with our mission. Build relationships that strengthen our community ties.
  • Operations Excellence: Oversee daily retail operations, compliance, and inventory management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.


Requirements for the Role

  • Experience:
    • At least two years in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales and developing high-performing teams.
    • Prior experience in outdoor retail and technical apparel is strongly preferred.
  • Well-rounded retail business acumen, including knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, people leadership, and P&L management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Passion for the outdoors and sustainability.
  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, to optimize store operations.
  • Proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
