Field Operator

Agilus is recruiting for a Field Operator in the Oil and Gas Sector in Cold Lake, Alberta.

Title will be Contract Terminal Operator and Contract Field Operator.

A Typical Day

• Operating and maintaining pipeline facilities at area LACT sites, terminals and various field sites
• Understand the regulatory and operating approvals as they pertain to our facility including materials that can be accepted at the facilities
• Scala data inputs, truck ticket tracking and regular communication to the customers and transportation dispatch
• Monitor truck scale for accurate operation. - Filing of facility waste approvals, truck tickets and other facility specific data
• Communicating with field operators, helping develop and maintain customer relations at the facility level
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment. - Perform control of work and energy isolations.
• Able to perform station truck unloading duties and ensure the terminal operates within /HMGP’s standards
• Assist in developing additional site-specific procedures and THA’s as needed to ensure work can be performed safely
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Have

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid class 5 drivers license
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work shift work including weekends and holidays and being on-call during shift
  
  

Total Rewards

• Competitive Compensation - Pay rate will be dependent on experience and alignment to HGMP Matrix
• 8 days on 6 days off. Tuesday to Tuesday. 10-hour day. 7am-5pm
• 1 year contract
• Location Cold Lake, will accept candidates within proximity of Cold Lake/Bonnyville
