Leasing Specialist

The Specialist, Lease Funding role is responsible for executing and financing all approved Leases, by ensuring complete deployment and installation of all components of a Lease Sale. This includes and not limited to Standard, Master, Government (Fed & Prov), Strategic and Syndication structures, for all financing partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily reporting, identifying Lease in Ready (RDY) status
• Validating all Credit Conditions are met and request updating if required
• Validates Start Date confirmation
• Confirming Invoices balance and are accurate to initial deal pack submission
• Responsible for communicating order process deficiencies to Administration post Audit
• Interacts with Purchasing and Supply Chain for Inventory and Allocation ETAs
• Final Audit and packaging of Lease opportunity for financing
• Updates and maintains the Lease module to ensure that all deals are recorded and managed within Ricoh's Policy and Procedure
• Manages and maintains the Funding Collection Log and collaborates with A/R Management for reporting purposes
• Weekly status reports to financing partners and Ricoh Management
• Responsible for identifying risks and reconciling the Lease AR
• Engages in correcting deficient funding issues post submission
• Responsible for identifying process improvements and areas of opportunities to simplify and streamline current processes or required changes for business improvements
• Reporting on RFSO Dashboard
• Support in the Lease Audit processes during high volume
• Responsible for the understanding and adhering to the specific requirements of the Policy and Procedures of the ISO Quality Management System pertaining to Ricoh Canada Inc.
• Ensures that company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, are understood, and complied with by all employees
• Other duties as assigned by manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Post-Secondary Education
• Minimum of 2 years related Leasing experience
