Le Trade Compliance Officer (« TCO ») jouera un rôle primordial dans la mise en œuvre des opérations commerciales et le soutien à la conformité pour nos principales opérations Aerospace & Defense. Le TCO agit en tant que leader commercial et constitue le principal point de contact et partenaire de l’équipe Global Trade Compliance (« GTC ») d’Accenture. Son objectif est d’assurer la mise en œuvre des contrôles des opérations commerciales nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences en matière d’exportation (et d’importation) selon les territoires, de fournir un soutien quotidien et continu concernant ces contrôles, d’augmenter la réactivité vis-à-vis des problématiques de contrôle des échanges commerciaux au sein de l’UE et en France, ainsi que d’améliorer la conformité commerciale globale de la France dans un esprit d’amélioration continue. Ce poste dépend du Centre d’excellence du contrôle des exportations, au sein de l’équipe Global Trade Compliance, et vient compléter un groupe de professionnels passionnés par les contrôles des échanges commerciaux et le soutien à la croissance des entreprises de l’UE.

Vos missions :

Location: Ottawa, ON

Mettre en œuvre les politiques et procédures mondiales d’exportation développées par le Centre d’excellence sur les exportations

Endosser le rôle de contact principal pour les conformity managers, entreprises et régulateurs locaux.

Fournir des conseils en matière de contrôle des exportations, et dispenser des formations

Piloter les opérations commerciales et fournir une supervision en matière de conformité aux entreprises concernées afin d’assurer leur conformité aux lois et règlementations relatives au contrôle du commerce, ceci impliquant notamment de :

Faciliter les classifications

Mettre en œuvre les plans de conformité

Intégrer les contrôles et opérat Network Operation Sr Analyst

The work: Accenture’s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

Responsibilities:

Managing Service-now operational tickets, maintaining SLA, Network troubleshooting, Deployment ,configuration and troubleshooting of new Network Router/Switches/WIFI/Cisco ISE,Firepower/Cisco DNA/NAC.Basic User or application routing issue troubleshooting.

Security Clearance OR ability to obtain Canadian Reliability Security Clearance is a must

Candidate must reside in Ottawa or Toronto for this position.

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.

Basic Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Network support - providing support services including provisioning, environment management and maintenance, and operational support services for a few network technologies including Cisco environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Network Infrastructure-BGP, OSPF, EIGRP redistribution, Prefix, IP Tracking, Cisco Firepower routing, NAC, Nexus 5K,9K, ASA,SD-WAN,WIFI-6,Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Routers-ISR,ASR, Catalyst 8000 switch.
