About The Opportunity

Our client, a not-for-profit organization, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to optimize processes and ensure project success. This is a fixed-term position for approximately two months.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Program Plan Development: Create a detailed program plan for funded projects using Monday.com, including tracking interdependencies and managing timelines.
  • Project Plan for Index 2.0: Lead the update of key performance indicators and regional data, with a target release of Index 2.0 by March 2025.
  • Multi-Project Management: Establish a multi-project management framework in Monday.com to oversee milestones and project statuses.
  • Communication Templates: Develop standardized email templates to communicate program updates to coalition partners, leveraging details recorded in Monday.com.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify resource challenges and ensure appropriate allocation across staff, consultants, and commissioned projects.
  • Budgeting & Meetings: Develop project budgets and plan coordination meetings to ensure all objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Support coalition partners in adhering to project management processes and timelines.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of related project management experience
  • Experience in program implementation, organizational development, or start-up development, ideally within private industry
  • Training from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is considered an asset but is not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in creating actionable project plans and executing them according to timelines and deliverables
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving project needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort working in a digital office environment
  • The ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

About the Job

Location: This is a fully remote position

Duration: 2 months with a possible extension
