Project Scheduler


The Project Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling activities to facilitate the timely and cost effective completion of the construction project. This individual develops, monitors and updates the Master Project Schedule to ensure that the project is optimally executed and meets the program timing requirements.


How will you contribute to the team?


  • Work with the site teams to update and adjust work activities according to actual and projected completion dates.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to review and revise their progress and projected completion of work prior to issuing the schedule update.
  • Review and adjust the current status of each activity regularly to maintain the original completion date.
  • Prepare earned value reports, manpower reports, cash flow and schedule narratives as required


Education and Experience:


  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in a general contracting environment, including some time on site.
  • Post secondary education in Civil Engineering.
  • Prior exposure to budgets, scheduling and pricing of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and working experience with Primavera P6.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
