About The Role

We’re looking for a Content Evaluator to join our growing team!

As a Content Evaluator in our Property Claims department, your work will have a big impact by supporting the claims department in helping our customers get back on their feet. People will count on your savvy internet research skills to find the pricing of items, ultimately leading to an effortless customer experience.

What You'll Do Here

  • Investigate and research the price of contents.
  • Collaborate with adjusters and customers on file management and settlement of the content portion of the claims in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide proactive communication with various stakeholders.
  • Record, monitor and update the list of contents.
  • Collect information from adjusters and provide calculations of content reimbursement.
  • Ask questions, be curious and recommend ways to improve efficiencies.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Prior claims experience is an asset.
  • Prior experiencing using Exclaim software is an asset.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn with a commitment towards self-development.
  • Strong attention to detail - excellent investigation and research abilities.
  • Forward thinker - adaptable and agile in a rapidly evolving business.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously.
  • Superior organizational skills, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new and changing technology.
