Our Client has a requirement for a SuccessFactors Payroll CAN/US Lead Consultant
Start Date: November 2024
End Date: January 2026
Location: Calgary/Hybrid: there will be on-site visits and, if the candidate is outside of Calgary, there will be travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, from project planning and scoping to execution, testing, and go-live support.
- Analyze customer’s requirements and design comprehensive payroll solutions that meet their business objectives, ensuring compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Create a logical plan, realistic estimates and reasonable schedule for project related activities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, or discuss project scope and objectives.
- Need to know Payroll for both US and Canada which is a critical skillset.
- Skills with Payroll Control Center that would be an asset as well.
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 implementation years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Employee Central Payroll.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end payroll implementation projects.
- Experience in managing teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
