Scope of Job:

The role of the Seasonal Sales Advisor is to enhance the VinFast brand experience in our showrooms during peak seasonal months, primarily in high-traffic mall locations. The Seasonal Sales Advisor is responsible for creating a welcoming and informative environment for visitors, mitigating traffic flow, and supporting Sales Advisors. This role is focused on elevating brand and product excitement, educating customers, and supporting the sales process for our Sales Advisors.

Responsibilities & Key Activities:

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the core values of VinFast with each client interaction, consistently displaying enthusiasm and generating excitement about the VinFast brand and vision.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients and fellow team members within a multi-level, client-centric environment, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.
  • Professional Greeting: Greet clients promptly and professionally, while executing established lead capture processes to gather valuable customer information.
  • Traffic Mitigation: Proactively manage and mitigate traffic flow within the showroom, ensuring that customers have access to our Sales Advisors and facilitating their ongoing sales discussions.
  • Product Knowledge: Master and maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality, enabling you to provide basic product information to customers.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about the entire VinFast delivery process, helping them understand the journey of becoming a VinFast vehicle owner.
  • Support Sales Advisors: Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience, while allowing Sales Advisors to focus on the sales cycle.
  • Adherence to Standards: Uphold all VinFast brand standards, including store cleanliness, appearance, merchandising, dress code, and other related factors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functional areas of the business and external partners to ensure a cohesive and smooth client delivery experience.
  • Cultural Contribution: Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture focused on hard work, innovative thinking, and an enjoyable workplace environment.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required to support showroom operations.

What You Bring Along:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales at the store level.
  • Experience working with a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Inherent curiosity and a willingness for continuous learning, adaptability to changing priorities, and a desire to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software, including the Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
