Change Manager

On behalf our client, Procom is seeking a Change Manager for a 12 month assignment. This will be a 100% remote role supporting pst Hours.


Change Manager Job Details

The Change Management Professional with support/guidance from a Senior Change Management professional, advises on change initiatives and performs change management activities, enabling successful implementation of the org's projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.


Change Manager Mandatory Skills

  • Experience with developing, delivering, and customizing change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, training, and communications by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to adopt highly complex change programs successfully.
  • Experience developing change management deliverables including stakeholder impact assessment, communication & engagement plan, writing communications training plan and training materials.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills -Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

12 months to start, may extend
