Description

Would you like to lead a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services within Canadian customers? Do you have the business savvy and the technical sales background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider?

As an Enterprise Sr Sales Representative you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a cloud computing in one of Canada's largest industries. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise financial services accounts within the local geography. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team with transformational engagements at the CXO level.

Key job responsibilities

Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan

Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services

Accelerate customer adoption

Maintain a robust sales pipeline

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

Manage contract negotiations

Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Ensure customer satisfaction

Expect moderate travel

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience developing detailed go to market plans
