Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Senior Manager with a focus on Talent & Workforce Strategy. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients’ businesses. Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on talent, workforce strategy and people services in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectors
• Provide strategic People Advisory Services focused on driving organizational transformation and future-proofing the workforce.
• Manage project planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met, plus grow and develop long-term client relationships
• Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
• Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s business
• Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs
• Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related fields
• CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
• 8+ years of consulting or human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environment
• Strong business and practice development skills
• Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics
• Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
• Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills
