About the Role

We are seeking an MSS Coordinator who will support day-to-day field operations, enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures, follow appropriate dispatch protocols, and assist employees with training and goal setting.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative

• Provide supervision and leadership while supporting employees with training and goal setting.
• Monitor daily efficiencies and identify areas of improvement.
• Oversee field utilization.
• Maintain knowledge of current operations, including work schedules and personnel head counts.
• Dispatch ongoing jobs to available personnel/contractors.
• Adhere to, enforce, and demonstrate all company policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE, hazard ID process, and quality process.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and existing employees following company-mandated work instructions.

Facility Management

• Ensure housekeeping standards are met within the work areas.

Field Operations

• Assist the Field Operations Manager with daily duties in shop and/or field.
• Provide field technical support as needed, in coordination with the Field Operations Manager.
• Work with engineering on the implementation of product development, new product release, and coordinate implementation with the field personnel (e.g., training).
• Troubleshoot field issues and communicate with the on-site representative to complete tasks efficiently, following training and competency validation.

Required Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a supervisor in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of job hazard assessments with a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to explain necessary equipment processes.
• Experienced in providing clear and concise communications.
• Effective team engage and leadership skills.
