Our client is seeking a Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth efforts through market research, lead generation, and CRM optimization.
This is a newly created role designed to support the Business Development team in market research and lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and optimizing the CRM system to streamline the outreach process.

Our client is seeking a Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth efforts through market research, lead generation, and CRM optimization.
This is a newly created role designed to support the Business Development team in market research and lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and optimizing the CRM system to streamline the outreach process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the BD team to research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through detailed market research and data analysis.
- Optimize CRM tools and processes to enhance team efficiency in outreach and relationship management.
- Provide valuable insights to inform the BD team’s strategic initiatives.
- Support outreach campaigns without engaging directly in customer calls.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with outreach campaigns, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Strong research and critical thinking skills to identify and analyze potential leads.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
