Manager of Quality Assurance

Description

We are looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Manager of Quality Assurance to oversee the quality control process and ensure that the products meet industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, identifying production issues, and recommending solutions to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead the quality assurance team and oversee their performance.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing of products to ensure finished products are of the highest quality.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Review current standards periodically and make necessary improvements.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities to management.
• Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
• Assess customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Effectively manage risk by utilizing strong project management skills.
• Collaborate with other departmental managers to understand their quality needs and establish procedures to meet those needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
• Must have experience with Automation and some Manuel Testing experience
  
  

Technical Skills

• Test management tools (TestRail JIRA, QTest)
• Test automation tools (Selenium, Junit or Cucumber/Gherkin)
• At least one programming language such as Java / Python / Go
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience with conducting audits and writing reports.
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, or any relate quality management certificates are a plus.
  
  

The Quality Assurance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our client’s products and services meet the necessary requirements before reaching consumers. Your ability to think strategically and ensure all necessary steps are taken to ensure the quality will be an integral part of our company's mission to provide our clients with the highest quality products.

This role will require 3 days a week in office. We will not be considering remote workers for this opportunity.
