The Role

As the Executive Assistant - Office of the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of the CEO. Reporting to the Manager, Office of the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative support, handle sensitive and confidential information, calendar management, coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, hypergrowth environment.

Key Responsibilites


  • Calendar and Communications Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and action items are acted on.
  • Provide Ad Hoc support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel and Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reconcile and process travel expenses in accordance with company policies.
  • Meeting and Events Coordination and Support: Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Attend meetings as necessary, take accurate minutes, and distribute action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for org-wide and cross-functional meetings and events (i.e. All-Team meetings, Team Offsites, etc).
  • Provide strategic, operational, administrative, and project support in areas such as compliance, social media content management, marketing, and other relevant departments as required.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate project activities and communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.


Who You Are


  • Knowledgeable. You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment to a CEO, Founder or other C-Suite Executive.
  • Keen and proactive. You’re the kind of person who thinks outside the box and acts on them. A real go-getter!
  • Intuitive. You use your high emotional intelligence to read a room and understand key stakeholders. What’s the best way to get something done? You’ll know.
  • Excellent prioritization skills. The to do list is as long as a Costco receipt. Help our CEO pay the most attention to the things that need the most attention.
  • Assertive and confident. You follow up with people and getting things done on time requires tact. You’re the kind of person who isn’t scared of a follow up email.
  • Compelling Communicator. You can put together a great presentation and draft an easy-to-follow email.

$76,000 - $104,000 a year

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $76,000/year up to $104,000/year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At GeoComply, our salary bands are crafted with purpose.
