About This Team

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. a day in the life

  • Manage the day-to-day Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes as well as monthly locks and passes to the planning and reporting application (Oracle EPM) from various source systems
  • Responsible for the weekly and monthly loads from various source applications (EPM, PowerBI, FDH, Workday)
  • Support in the monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting cycle as well as the annual budgeting process
  • Liaise between IT, FP&A, accounting and BI on application related issues (ie. Daily Sales data load, month end passes, Dayforce exports)
  • Oversee the system administration and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, end-user documentation and security to the various business groups
  • Review, prioritize, and efficiently close all Service Now tickets to ensure timely resolution and support for business operations

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years professional work experience in a large multinational brand corporate or consulting environment in an IT or Finance/FP&A department
  • Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems is essential and understanding of system architecture
  • Basic understanding of Planning/Forecasting process as well as BalanceSheet, Cash Flow and Income Statement concepts
  • Strategic and analytical thinker that takes pride in quality
  • Strong ability to adhere to deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive, flexible, dependable and solution oriented

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
