As an Advisor, Banking Services in the ABS team at National Bank, you’ll have a versatile role that will allow you to be a one-stop shop for all our clients’ personal needs. With your experience in customer service, and your knowledge of banking and credit products, you’ll have a positive impact on the lives of our clients and on the lasting relationship with our internal and external partners.
Your role:
- Keep an ongoing communication with clients, Investment advisors and external partners.
- Achieve sales targets by providing sound banking advice.
- Carry out daily follow-up activities.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
- Advise and offer appropriate solutions to our partners’ clients, to answer their banking, financing and onboarding needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify different opportunities and refer clients to your specialist colleagues.
Your team:
As part of the ABS sector, you’ll be in a team of 8 Advisor Banking Services, 3 Experts and will report to the Manager. Your daily responsibilities will be comprised of collaborating with specialists in credit, mortgage financing, customer service and more.

After gaining the necessary experience in your role as an Advisor, Banking services, many options will be available for the advancement in different sectors of National Bank.
Our training program uses on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning. You’ll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.
The working hours are usually from 8:30 to 17:00 but will require occasional call outs to our clients in different time zones.
Prerequisites:
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Be proficient in French and English (speaking and writing)
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients
- Team player
