As Director, Exchange
Traded Fund (ETF) Services at National Bank Trust, you will participate in the

Your job:
- Play a
central and active role in the development and launch of our new ETF service
model. - Oversee,
ensure the development and continuous improvement of the ETFs' end-to-end
service model, in collaboration with technology infrastructure experts. - Participate
in the day-to-day operations of National Bank's ETF Services. - Facilitate
inter-organizational communication with multiple lines of business to
accurately determine risk issues in real-time. - Explain
and challenge business issues, as appropriate. - Ensure
that all controls are performed diligently, completed and signed in a timely
manner. - Support
ongoing customer service and provide guidance on best practices. - Lead
and oversee the management of vendor relationships and external partnerships
and provide guidelines for execution; ensure that all agreements are complied
with as required.
Your team:
Reporting to the
Director, ETF Services, you support the Fund in its day-to-day operations and
support the clients of NB Trust ETF Services. You will work in a collaborative
and professional environment with most of the teams located in Montreal.
As part of your duties,
you interact with the Bank's various partners and other external organizations
across Canada. Being a National Bank Trust Services Manager also means working

Prerequisite:
- Master's
or bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field,
between 7 and 10 years of experience relevant to the role. - Experience
in the asset management or servicing industry (ideally the back office or
middle office) - Experience
in managing supplier relationships. - In-depth
knowledge of ETF servicing and is passionate about managing end-to-end
processes. - Industry
accreditations are an asset - In-depth
knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, including
product solutions, the mutual fund industry and distribution channels, industry
regulation, and regulatory environment. - Demonstrated
project management skills with strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving abilities. - Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. - Strong
ability to multitask and prioritize.
