Your role

• Welcome clients and listen to their needs
• Advise and offer appropriate solutions to meet clients’ transactional, investment, personal financing, and banking product insurance needs and handle other requests
• Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
• Establish lasting business relationships with your clients and colleagues
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
• Refer clients to your expert colleagues when needed
• Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

You may also be required to work one evening per week.You will report to the Branch Manager and work with a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.Training and developmentAfter gaining experience as a banking advisor, many options will be available to you. For example, you could advance in the same role, get promoted, or move to another region or branch, to name a few possible scenarios. • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
• Be a licenced mutual fund representative (MFR), if you aim to develop in a Banking Advisor role
• Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
• Positive attitude and empathy for clients
• Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
• Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
• Ability to adapt to different situations
