Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range: $53,660 - $69,760 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to Executive Director, UNB Online, the Coordinator, Online Credit Delivery and Learner Support is responsible for the day-to-day operations supporting development, implementation, and management of online credit courses.
- Foster partnerships, build collaboration and create efficient workflows with key UNB stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Work closely with faculties to Identify, source and develop pathways for new program development.
- Collaborate with faculties, instructors, Registrar's Office, Finance, HR and students to facilitate positive online teaching and learning experiences.
- Monitor all technical and operational aspects of credit courses and program delivery assigned to the position.
- Identify issues/challenges impacting students, faculty or other UNB partners.
- Collaborate with faculties to develop timetable management practices and workflows to facilitate the integration of in-person and online learners.
- Identify opportunities for new, updated or current programs with a focus on promoting UNB Online product offerings and growing registrations across the product portfolio.
- Work closely with the departments and faculties to ensure adherence to the UNB's quality standards set both in content and delivery.
- Collate market data from relevant resources and provide direction to the marketing and recruitment campaigns to promote UNB Online.
- Collect and analyze information to gain insights into learners' experiences and outcomes that can be utilized to develop high-quality online programs.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, guidance, and training to the staff assigned to their portfolio.
- Educate marketing and recruitment teams about new programs, benefits and constraints.
- Other tasks as assigned by UNB Online department.
WHAT YOU BRING
- An undergraduate degree in business administration or marketing or similar related field. Candidates with a master's degree will be given preference.
- A minimum of five (5) years of work experience, preferably a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an academic environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
