A career as a Chief Advisor in the Strategy, Data, and Performance team
at National Bank means acting as an expert to plan and execute the acceleration
of the transformation of Financial Market Operations. This position allows you

Your Role:
- Play a
key role in advising on the strategic directions of financial market
operations. You facilitate strategic thinking and the evolution of
business processes through data analysis, and you drive the execution of
strategic components such as defining the business vision and determining
end-to-end financial market targets. - As a
strategic actor, you are at the heart of project development, execution,
and delivery. Diagnose priorities and intervene to solve complex problems,
thereby ensuring the success of initiatives. - Support
and coach transformation actors, both in action and on specific mandates.
Stay abreast of best practices, which you integrate and share to optimize
cross-functional processes while establishing clear and detailed business
requirements. - Energize
transformation governance by continuously enriching the transformation
plan and documenting priority initiatives. Monitor efficiency and
operational debt and ensure project delivery based on best practices to
achieve expected business values. - Play a key role in collaborating with our partners (IT, Financial Markets) to influence the evolution of transformation initiatives and effectively share the vision of operations.
- Create and promote a climate conducive to change, engaging cross-functional teams and involving the necessary expertise according to transformation needs, while showing interest in new technologies and innovation. You think creatively and are an expert in your field.
Your Team:
This position reports to the Senior Manager
of Strategy, Data, and Performance for the Financial Markets Operations sector.
Within the sector, you are part of a team of three colleagues. Our team stands
out for its dynamism, agility, and knowledge of financial market activities and
the sub-processes that support these activities.
Our team of professionals is dedicated to
implementing and executing the strategic plan, working in collaboration with
various partners across the Bank, and covering all operations within the
Financial Markets sector. You will encounter numerous development
opportunities, with access to colleagues possessing diverse expertise,
experiences, and profiles, enriching your development in every aspect.
This position offers you the possibility of working in a hybrid mode,
ensuring a work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in a related field and ten years of relevant experience OR Master's
degree in a related field and eight years of relevant experience OR
University certificate and eight years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated
influential leadership with senior management. - Knowledge
of financial markets and wealth management. - At least
5 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and delivery of
transformation initiatives. - Entrepreneurial
mindset and ability to quickly grasp and solve complex issues and make
relevant recommendations. - Proven ability
to learn a business domain and highlight key elements. - Demonstrated
change management skills.
