Digital Marketing Specialist

CAA Atlantic is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist based either in our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia or Saint John, New Brunswick office. We are looking for an individual with a passion for all things digital.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience coupled experience in building landing pages, understanding content marketing, social boosting, user experience, and project management. As the Digitial Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving digital change within our organization, working closely with our advertising agencies, and managing digital screens.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience managing budgets and coordinating multiple deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of digital channels, including search, mobile, social media, and web.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Applications, Drupal, and social media management tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google AdWords, Khoros, or other social management platforms is a plus.
- Experience with CASL is an asset.
Coordination of Digital Advertising Campaigns:
- Coordinate digital advertising initiatives, working closely with our media agency to drive value.
- Collaborate with team members on creative requirements for campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time with tracking implemented.
- Ensure smooth communication and reporting with key internal stakeholders
Website Communications:
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accessibility and optimal user experience.
- Work closely with IT to ensure data integrations and member segments are updated.
- Develop processes and manage content approvals.
Email Communications:
- Plan and manage the email content calendar, communicating and advising line-of-business stakeholders to ensure emails are optimized, tested, and driving member value.
- Build and optimize email journeys.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly report on digital advertising campaign results, making recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, including tagging, tracking, setting up dashboards, and reporting.
- Work closely with consultants to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
