Role Overview
We are looking for an SAP APM and Workflow Application Developer to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do
- Application developer should have complete understanding of business requirements so that the developer can translate these into technical solutions to improve/streamline broker compensation processes
- Healthcare industry knowledge (preferred Medicare plans) with the implementation of APM rule, formulas, expressions and retroactivity improvements to improve/create broker compensation processes
- Broker’s compensation enhancements to support initial/renewal Medicare enrollments, plan changes during, dis-enrollments, broker terminations, broker migrations, agency upgrades/downgrades and Book of Business Transfers
- Support implementation of 2/3 tier hierarchy levels to support payout of different agency types including, General Agency (GA), Master General Agencies (MGA), Super General Agencies (SGA), Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and National Marketing Organization (NMO)
- Configuration of Member Eligibility, DTRR, MARx Compensation Files, broker rate/lookup table rate changes, compensation plans
- Setup/configuration of broker statements, Correspondence templates, notification and broker file extracts
- Medicare compensation reconciliation, book of business and broker ready to sell reports
- Technology Stack
- Groovy scripts: Used to develop complex compensation formulas and expressions to implement rule improvements
- SQL/Jasper reports
- Query APIs: Several APIs leveraged to support integration with Healthfirst’s broker portal, Workday, Salesforce and NIPR Alerts
- Batch Entity Updates (BEU): BEUs frequently used within expressions to query broker/agency/customer/policy/payment data SAP Advanced Workflow
- Implementation of onboarding and re-credentialing workflows to onboard, credential and appoint Medicare brokers/agencies.
- Submission of onboarding application to obtain Healthfirst’s appointment to market Medicare plans
- Processing of re-credentialing cases to renew broker’s credentials, including license, CMS Certification (AHIP) and Healthfirst Medicare broker training
- Workflow API integration with LITMOS (Learning Management System) and NIPR Alert Service
- Technology Stack
- Groovy scripts: Used to develop complex flows used to onboard/re-credential brokers
- API Integrations: NIPR, LITMOS, Asurint Background service, APM
- Development of Workflow forms and email templates
- Workflow integration with APM to load broker’s geographic and credentialing information
- 5+ years in SAP APM is required
- SAP Advance Workflow
- Groovy Scripting
- QB query
- Jasper Reports
