  • Salary range for Multi-plant Health & Safety Coordinator between between $85000-95000 CAD based on skills and experience

At our facility in Calgary you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery + division of our team as the Multi-plant Health & Safety Coordinator :

  • Walking the plants, talking with drivers/operators, doing ride alongs, to help identify risk and opportunities for improvement
  • Compliance with control systems, coaching and educational opportunities
  • Liase with local and senior leadership especially with systemic issues (identify local or multi plant issues, if issue is just at 1 site talk with on site leadership about issue)
  • Talk with local leadership about activites/advice related to inspections from authorities
  • Jump in when plant needs you, with events that may occur onsite
  • Promote h&s initiatives, ensure compliance with legal or corporate requirements
  • Serving as a SME subject matter expert on health, safety and wellness (psychological safety), legislation, accident investigation, root cause analysis
