- Assist and support in finished product preparation.
- Gather, prepare and set up materials required (ie: boxes, empty pallets, monos etc.).
- Follow direction for specifications of production dockets and work to be performed.
- Confirm skid cards and ensure correct identification, count and destination.
- Waste identification and recycling procedures.
- Assist operators in various functions on alphaliners and quarter folder equipment.
- Feed pockets/jackets, jogging, strapping and stacking of product.
- Identify and report any product issues.
- Assist with minor tasks, general maintenance and clean up.
- High school diploma, equivalent or combination of work experience.
- High regard for safety and collaboration.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Time management, planning and organization skills.
- Willing to learn and be part of a dynamic multi skilled team.
- Flexible and able to work shifts, varied or steady schedules (36 to 40 hours per week).
