Reporting to the Head of Product, CoCounsel, the Director, CoCounsel Operations will work closely with product leaders and key partners across the business to support the overall direction of our CoCounsel product team, streamlining processes and becoming a trusted advisor to the Product Leadership Team.

In this role, you will support CoCounsel's key initiatives and help drive our product team's efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a key partner to the VP of Product, assisting with projects and initiatives as delegated, all with the goal of ensuring we have the information and insights needed to make CoCounsel easy to use and accessible for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Support the strategic planning process and contribute to strategy projects.
  • Oversee operational aspects of how our CoCounsel team integrates cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product management, ensuring timely delivery of (and against) product roadmaps, annual planning, headcount planning, and QBRs
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and propose mechanisms to optimize workflow.
  • Help develop and maintain an operating cadence to ensure we are delivering against outcomes for the year.
  • Prepare materials for the Head of Product to present to key stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze data and insights to tell the CoCounsel story, including developing reporting for OKRs.
  • Assist in managing financials and facilitating prioritization decisions for CoCounsel.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Support change management efforts for key initiatives and releases.
  • Collaborate with other operations professionals to drive alignment in practices across the Product Organization.
  • Help educate the broader organization on CoCounsel and its progress.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and improve collaboration.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, and/or program management in technology organizations.
  • Experience with driving change and strategic communications.
  • Experience contributing to strategies within a product or technical field.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex organizations and ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders.
  • Engaging, collaborative, low-ego style.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
