" Have strong experience in doing green-field implementation of ServiceNow of ITSM/ITSM Pro
" Define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligning to business requirements.
" Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations.
" Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements.
" Implement ServiceNow solutions in all applications/modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM
" Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow Designer and workflows.
" Experience of Remedy or Symphony Summit with data migration to ServiceNow is a plus.
" Have experience in CMDB.
" Experienced in Service Level management and SLA configuration.
" ServiceNow Agent workspace
" Lead ServiceNow support team of configuration, development, and new features/plugins, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
" Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks.
" Design ServiceNow technical solutions and provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions as required.
" Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures.
" Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes.
" Ensure that new development does not negatively impact performance and monitor performance using instance observe.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
" Experience in working in Agile projects.

Job Overview:
A project manager with thermo-mechanical engineering background having 7 plus years of experience. Should have expertise in both testing and design related activities. One should be having sound knowledge of thermal and mechanical streams. The project manager will be working from a customer location in US.
Roles & Responsibilities:
" Expertise in Thermal and Mechanical streams.
" Design background through education and/or experience.
" Understand root causes of failure and suggest design improvements to customer
" Seasoned test engineering experience.
" Diagnose/debug on field issues.
" Product engineering understanding and product creation experience
" Understanding of relevant standards
" Experience of validating Servers
" Usage of supporting tools for testing and design
" Understanding of workflow management and governance
" Able to define and optimize ways of working
" Excellent communicator
Required Skills (technical Competency):
" At least bachelors degree in engineering
" Good knowledge of Thermal and Mechanical Engineering
" Good experience Testing and Design
" Actively manage the team working on the project
" Project planning and work breakdown to team
" Coordinate well with customer
" Documentation and write SoPs
" Optimize governance
" Able to do root cause analysis
" Report results and regular progress to customer and all other stakeholders.
