As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of the CRM. What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the Vision: Develop and champion a compelling product vision for Insightly CRM, aligning with Unbounce's overall strategy and the evolving needs of our customers.
- Drive Revenue: Identify and prioritize features that directly contribute to revenue growth. Analyze key metrics and user behavior to optimize the customer journey and drive adoption.
- Build Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that enhance the Insightly CRM ecosystem and deliver value to our customers.
- Lead with Data: Drive product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights. Translate your findings into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- Collaborate Fearlessly: Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a seamless product development and launch process.
- Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics, track product performance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in CRM platforms. Experience with driving revenue growth and establishing partnerships is essential.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by sales, marketing, and project teams, especially within the SMB market.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM platform integration.
- Data-Driven: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM analytics, user behavior) to inform product decisions.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for Growth: A drive to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in the fast-paced world of CRM.
- Experience with marketing attribution modeling.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- A knack for turning complex MarTech concepts into simple, user-friendly experiences.
