Context
In order to strengthen the rapid development of the LGM North America Missauaga office, we are looking for a Project Quality Assurance Engineer.
Your role will require a combination of engineering knowledge, project management skills and effective communication abilities to track, manage and resolve non-conformities within a project.

Context

Your role will require a combination of engineering knowledge, project management skills and effective communication abilities to track, manage and resolve non-conformities within a project.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish Internal Tracking Process: Develop and implement an internal process to track and monitor deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with project requirements.
- Technical Aptitude: Analyse and categorise to comprehend the nature and severity of deficiencies within the project scope.
- Facilitate Meetings and Follow-ups: Conduct meetings with technical teams to compile a comprehensive list of deficiencies. Ensure with suppliers’ follow-up actions are assigned and monitored effectively.
- Optimise Task Management: Utilize organizational and management skills to liaise with technical teams, construction and suppliers’ teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient resolution of non-conformities.
- Engineering Background: Hold a degree in engineering. Providing the necessary understanding of complex technical aspects associated with project deficiencies.
- Project and Quality Management Expertise: Possess proficient project management skills, enabling effective planning, execution, and monitoring of deficiency resolution processes.
- Communication Proficiency: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Interface with construction management personnel and convey status updates to stakeholders (Quality Director).
- Experience needed: Minimum of 1 year related to large scale industrial projects.
