PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a true business developer with prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Gross Monthly Salary Range:*
60,000 CAD to 80,000 CAD - based on 12 months
Variable Income & Benefits*:

About The Job
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the North America Zone, under the guidance of the Export Director.
- Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage marketing activities for products within the assigned geographical area.
- Optimize the customer portfolio and identify opportunities for turnover growth.
- Oversee distribution networks, including importers and direct customers.
- Conduct market research and prospect for new markets to expand the company's presence.
- Regular and timely Reporting (Sales report, benchmark, trends, packaging, market expectations and competition).
- Work actively with the related commercial, marketing & the operation teams.
- Always conveying a highly qualitative image of our company to all partners and contacts.
- Organize and lead promotional events as well as participate in important industry fairs throughout the year.
