About this opportunity:

Senior Second Level Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities required for running a smooth customer network operation (24/7). This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and adhere to targeted SLA performance levels.

What you will do:

  • Manage Network Operations on our cloud-based as-a-service solution.
  • Lead assurance activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Performance Management, Change Management, and other Service Operations functions.
  • Handle faults and corrective actions.
  • Deploy, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot new nodes on the cloud (Azure).
  • Conduct proactive maintenance activities.
  • Provide reporting on multiple platforms by correlating data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure that the delivered solution is properly implemented and works according to the requirements.
  • Provide solution support, including handling helpdesks and customer support requests.
  • Prepare and execute supply and acceptance projects with the customer.
  • Prepare, verify, and execute software upgrades and updates.
  • Handle faults and corrective actions on node, service, and infrastructure levels.
  • Continuously improve the way we work.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Network/IT Operations.
  • ITIL experience.
  • Knowledge of a telecommunications environment and understanding of eSIM provisioning flows.
  • Good communication.
  • Customer management.
  • Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor.
  • Knowledge of VPC, VPN, and load balancing in cloud environments.
  • Strong experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Software development (Java).
  • Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Azure AD).
  • Fluent in English.

Compensation data:

Starting salary between $96,000 and $126,000 with a 7.5% annual bonus structure.
