Your Role

As a Senior Manager Analytics and Market Reaserch you will

• Support the development of strategic insights based generated analytics from secondary data sources and/or primary research.
• Provide interim and final presentations of each market research study to stakeholders, including conclusions and marketing implications.
  
• Execute primary market research projects, including framing critical business questions, development of research/analysis plans and management of the research process Reporting and Analytics
  
• Synthesize data from multiple sources, including IQVIA data, forecast data, aggregator data, etc. to drive insights and ”so what” regarding market and brand performance
  
• Responsible for all marketed products’ national performance reporting and analyses
  
• Identify any issues or discrepancies across data sets and manages data delivery Business Partnering
  
• US Commercial lead for competitive intelligence. Collect, analyzes, and communicates relevant and actionable competitor intelligence
  
• Collaborates with US Commercial Team to develop annual market research plan and budget
  
  

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other ad-vanced degree preferred
  
• 4+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or related indus-try (e.g. biotech, broader healthcare, consumer goods) with focus on analytics, performance reporting, and/or primary market research
  
• Experience analyzing secondary data audits. Experience with Rx, pharma industry data highly desired but not re-quired. Examples include IQVIA (NSP, NPA, Xponent PlanTrak, Xponent Market Dynamics, FIA, Promo In-sights/Channel Dynamics, NDTI/NMTA, LAAD), Symphony Health, Decision Resources, GlobalData.
  
• Experience with BI and data visualization software. Experi-ence with Microsoft Power BI, and/or Sigma Computing preferred
  
• Experience supporting pharma brands that are large molecue/biologic/injectable and/or in the dermatology therapy area (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea) desired
  
• Proactively influences across boundaries, builds effective relationships inside and outside of own team and drives projects and tasks towards successful completion
  
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills; strong project management and problem-solving skills,
  
• Ability to communicate and present insights based on da-ta analytics
