As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Director to lead our solution delivery efforts, provide strategic guidance, and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic and Tactical Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for solution delivery.
  • Drive the achievement of client objectives by overseeing the development, implementation, and integration of tailored solutions.

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor against their objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing innovative and effective solutions.

Opportunity Development:

  • Identify and nurture follow-through opportunities within existing client work.
  • Work closely with client and business development teams to contribute to solution discovery, proposal development and client presentations.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Represent Bond as a subject matter expert (SME) across our key industry sectors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, loyalty best practices and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients.

Content Development:

  • Develop in-market content and thought leadership perspectives to showcase Bond as a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling materials and participate in industry events.

Team Development:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration within the consulting team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, promoting their professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consulting or a related field, with a focus on solution delivery and client engagement.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of key industry sectors, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a consulting leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing client-focused solutions.
