What you can expect to do here:
- Independently manage medium to high complexity projects, ensuring smooth transitions from construction to operations. This includes handling site decommissions, activations, and temporary closures, all in line with organizational goals and client needs. .
- Proactively anticipate and identify customer and vendor needs, seamlessly integrating them into your projects to ensure exceptional outcomes and satisfaction
- Skillfully handle sensitive customers, vendors, and materials, ensuring smooth project execution
- Take charge of project administration, from setup and billing to invoice review and closeout tasks.
- Serve as primary project point of contact for end users.
- Identify and manage project risks, knowing when to escalate and how to utilize support pathways
- Host/attend applicable project meetings; report out and follow up on action items
- Execute all onsite/offsite duties for assigned projects according to program standards
- Intake and coordination of ticketed services requests (furniture repairs, ergonomic product deployment, desk technology requests, etc.)
- Vendor management including scheduling, coordination and quality control
- Travel across Canada to support various projects, bringing your expertise wherever it’s needed.
