Our Associate Claims Adjusters work hard to provide support to our clients. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, while full handling the claim from start to finish. Our Associate Claims Adjusters are not on a phone queue, which allows them to fully utilize their expertise on every claim.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

• Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
• Strong Customer Service background
