On a typical day, you'll perform the following tasks:
- Prospect;
- Provide a high level of customer service by being knowledgeable about all product offerings;
- Provide consistent sales and product coaching to ensure the highest level of sales;
- Ensure business development with existing and new customers by proposing our complementary payroll and human resources management solutions;
- Demonstrate the solution to customers;
- Maintain performance indicators and improve internal processes;
- Participate in various representation or promotional events (conferences desirable);
- Meet influential people to present the company and its solutions;
- Enter sales data required for monthly performance reports and follow up on prospects and opportunities using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool;
- Education or experience in sales, communications, or marketing:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in selling products and services over the phone.
- Ability to work with individual and collective sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial terms within set price and limits.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism is essential).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of payroll solutions, human resources, and time management (an asset).
