The work:

Lead the continuous improvement and maintenance of SAP S/4 FICO activities to improve performance for the business function end to end

Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design, re-design and/or organization structure definition

Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs

Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)

Give clients options for designs using prototypes

Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies

Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go

Respond promptly to incidents and outages, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner

Identify and address the root causes of recurring problems to prevent future incidents

This role is based out of our Montreal Delivery Centre and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum 3 years of SAP FICO application management experience

Must be fully bilingual (English/French)

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
