Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
  • Maintain organizational filing systems and databases.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and reports as needed.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide support for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
