How will you create an impact?
- You will engage with DealMaker customers to understand the challenges and pain points they face with capital fundraising
- You will lead a team of talented product managers, focusing on helping them grow and advance in their career while delivering high value to the business
- You will work with the VP of Product and senior leadership team to understand the overall company strategy, refine and execute the product strategy, and guide your team to create and maintain the product roadmap to achieve the strategic goals. You will lead the overall product development lifecycle process from ideation to release to deliver on-going product releases, in support of our strategic goals and improving our KPIs
- You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, and others to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle
- You will become a product subject matter expert and be the primary advocate for the product both internally and externally
- You have experience leading and growing a team of product managers, and you can guide your team on using PM best practices, but also willing roll up your sleeves and help out when required
- You have a demonstrable bias towards and a track record of driving successful outcomes, not just feature releases. You know that success is not just building the right product, but ensuring that it’s successfully adopted by customers and value is realized
- You know when and how to apply analytical thinking, or creative thinking, or design thinking to a problem. You don’t need to be an expert in each discipline (we already have those), but you know when to bring in those skill sets
- You have a track record of playing to win in a competitive, fast moving industry. You possess strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to manage many stakeholders
- Ideally have experience in a B2B or SaaS company
- Ideally you have familiarity with tools such as Jira, Userpilot, Figma and Lucid
