The Senior Manager, Workforce Development is a strategic leader combining consulting acumen with deep expertise in human capital management, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role will drive Deloitte's human capital transformation initiatives by identifying client needs, developing innovative strategies, and implementing technology-driven solutions. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering impactful and measurable business outcomes through advanced human capital solutions.
What will your typical day look like?
A. Client Engagement and Delivery:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality human capital consulting projects (such as learning transformations and upskilling strategies), ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and goals.
- Develop comprehensive human capital solutions that align with client business objectives and leverage the latest technologies.
- Ensure project deliverables are consistently of high quality and align with best practices and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
B. Business Development:
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and go-to-market materials to support sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft strategic solutions that meet client needs and expand Deloitte’s market presence in the human capital consulting space.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by delivering value and consistently exceeding expectations.
C. Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in learning technologies, workforce transformations and human capital management.
- Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership in the human capital consulting space.
- Publish articles, white papers, and blog posts on emerging trends and best practices.
- Build Deloitte's brand as a leading provider of innovative human capital solutions.
D. Team Management and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of human capital professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with other practices within Deloitte to ensure the successful delivery of human capital projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners in the learning technology ecosystem.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- 8+ years of consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in human capital consulting or HR transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management and organizational development.
- Strong consulting skills, including client relationship management, needs assessment, solution design, and project management.
- Lead the successful delivery of high-quality consulting projects, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the human capital technology ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- French is a must for Montreal-based candidates.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
