On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Partner Account Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The Partner Account Manager will be responsible to plan and deploy an engagement and outreach strategy for the Efficiency Preferred Partner Network, Associations, and Partners for E1. This will include planning and hosting relevant events and training for, but not limited to, engineers, consultants, manufacturer's representatives, and contractors. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills, and must be adaptable and results-driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing outreach and engagement to the Efficiency Preferred Partner Network (EPP), Associations, and other E1 Partnerships to drive participation in Efficiency Nova Scotia programs and services.
  • Responsible to act as concierge for Partners to navigate Efficiency Nova Scotia programs and services by understanding their business and core competencies, as well as their growth strategies and plans, to help them leverage Efficiency Nova Scotia resources.
  • Responsible for developing a partner engagement plan, providing education, and training, and attending networking opportunities to strengthen EfficiencyOne/Efficiency Nova Scotia's reputation and raise awareness about their current and upcoming offerings.
  • Delivering insights to management regarding industry developments, innovative practices, and challenges that could hinder their project execution.
  • Responsible for discovering opportunities with partners for leveraging Efficiency Nova Scotia's programs, facilitating program adoption, and driving project closes.
  • Expanding work with partners from diverse communities to reach underserved communities and increase program participation.
  • Facilitating a contractor appreciation program to ensure all contractors working with Efficiency Nova Scotia are aligned with the Preferred Partner network.
  • Perform all other duties as required.

What Will Help You Succeed?

  • Industry experience in the Green Building Sector.
  • Knowledge and skills in business-to-business sales.
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow.
  • Excellent client service skills (internal partners and customers) including the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
