As a member of the supply chain team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the tactical execution of the inventory allocation strategy for our retail locations. The Analysts is responsible for achieving the best-in-class service levels by supporting inventory management of mobile and accessory. The Analyst collaborates with all functional departments and external vendors to ensure product is available to replenish. The position’s primary function is to certify Inventory levels are on target for Stores and eliminate the risk of losing sales due to product unavailability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own product forecasting for the corporate channels including analysis of sales reporting, marketing initiatives and promotions to understand product allocation.
  • Establish repeatable, scalable approach to forecast planned sales and growth.
  • Regularly maintain and tweak seasonality inputs in data sources to improve forecast accuracy and inventory availability across the channel primarily for accessories.
  • Lead and facilitate product selection of accessories and work closely with the sales team to deliver product strategy.
  • Partner with analytical stakeholders to determine promotional lift and the impact of marketing activities on the Retail portfolio.
  • Partner with the retail sales team to contribute towards the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and replenishment process.
  • Play a key role in analyses and establishing inventory and sales-centric KPI's; analyze their interdependencies and underlying drivers and develop an actionable view of product allocation.
  • Regular correspondence with the sales team and accessory vendors regarding inventory availability, stock outs and product constraints.
  • Monitor order management and work stakeholders to proactively communicate inventory shortages, estimated date of availability and supply strategy.
  • Produce analyses and interpretation of complex data aimed at supporting inventory allocation and sales efforts, providing context to trends and actionable insights.


  • Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in retail sales, product management and supply chain.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Retail.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Applied Statistics, Finance
  • SQL, Python, R skills is an asset.
  • Experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and project management to drive ideas forward.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in English, fluency in French is an asset.
