Job Description
Job Summary
This position works in the package center servicing customers and coordinating the center’s administrative activities. This position may be responsible for the training and development of center administrative employees where such employees are assigned, and will direct the work of others.
Responsibilities
Monitors the Package Center Information System (PCIS).
Administers service recovery and guaranteed service refunds.
Maintains issues tracker for designated clients and tracks customer service metrics.
Responds to customer requests and resolves customer concerns.
Provides dispatch for non-management employees for On-Demand Services, Service Recovery, Rapid Recovery, etc.
Performs account maintenance on pick-up accounts, consignee billing, etc.
Audits various internal systems and reports.
Performs light maintenance on hardware and software systems.
Performs DIAD maintenance, updates, and control.
Qualifications
MS Office knowledge (Access Database, Excel and Word)
High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Key entry skills
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm (flexibility required)
Start rate: 17.58 $ hourly
