Some of what you will do:
The Operational Excellence Manager, Services will drive continuous operational improvement by sourcing innovative technologies, developing new processes, and enhancing service capabilities. Leading a team of Process Specialists, this role will create, document, implement, and maintain key business processes to support improvement initiatives across Services Customer Experience and Operations teams.
The incumbent will manage key vendor relationships, identify opportunities to enhance service capabilities, customer experience, and cost efficiency, and collaborate with managers and stakeholders to maintain a strategic plan for business growth and continuity. This position significantly impacts our services customer experience and supports business development and budget performance.

Specifically, You Will
- Lead initiatives to source innovative technologies, develop new processes, and enhance service capabilities.
- Manage and guide a team of Process Specialists to achieve business objectives on-time and on-budget.
- Oversee key vendor relationships, ensuring operational efficiencies and achieving contractual KPIs.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for continuous operational improvement and business growth.
- Build and manage a comprehensive set of documented processes (SOP) and workflows to support service delivery functions.
- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and cost efficiency, and report performance metrics to management.
- Lead and support the implementation of key projects and initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and achievement of key outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in process improvement and standardization.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Previous vendor relationship management experience.
- Previous project management experience is an asset.
- Experience in building and executing business strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
